I am utterly dissatisfed on how I was miss informed by Lorriane as per ourconversation dated 19 April 2012, I checked in with my Cancer patient Mother at 2:15 am only to be informed that I had to check out the same day at 11:00 am, This is how they ripp off fellow South African's, lets hope the consumer show Speak Out will love the e- mail I sent to them, Lorriane Charles and John your service was distasteful!!!!!!
