VR Training is striving towards providing the most accurate and effective Counterbalance Forklift Training. Our mission is to empower the less privileged individual with the vital knowledge to help the individual solidly secure his/her position at the current job and also future opportunities to come. We make an effort to leave every trainee with a heart of Hope and self believe, thus partaking in changing South Africa for the better. VR Training was born from a dream of Mr. V F Joubert, inspired by the need to support and empower the less privileged public caught in the poverty struggle. We are an independent TETA accredited training centre for Lifting Equipment. Mr. V F Joubert drives VR Training to help and encourage present and future trainees to grow the need to want to be employed, and to earn individual self-respect and self-motivation to see and dream beyond their personal situations. As part of this motivation process, VR Training offers the trainee employment seeking opportunities via an ever expanding Business Database and advertisement within this database for Licensed Forklift Drivers. VR Training aims to operate as a Franchise, having the Head Quarters family owned, and branches spread across Townships in Gauteng, black owned.
