What a delight dealing with Patricia from the Festival Mall branch. She was very friendly over the phone and also in the shop. Very helpful and appreciative of me as a customer without being in my face or in my way. Seldom was I made to feel so welcome in a store. I really did not expect that.She went out of her way to get the best deal for me. I was really impressed how she managed to stay in touch with me although the phone lines in the shop were down for a couple of days. She took the initiative to sort this out. The ball was never dropped and I received my sofa on time, in good condition.I will certainly keep looking in on Rochester Festival Mall in future.Thank you for making me believe in the retail world again.Moritz
