Nkanga Lodge Unclaimed

Our bookings were a nightmare as the management team at Nkanga could not even execute a simple task as room allocation that could be done by a 10 year old. One of the parties was told that their room was not available and that it was occupied. When the management (Karen) was confronted about this her response was as follow. "If you don't like it then leave" What a horrible way to end our wedding day when the lodge where we were to sleep after a festive day forced our guests, that were clearly over the legal limit, to travel on the roads. The management and their team need to go on an introductory course in hospitality. Please steer clear of this venue as you will be disappointed.
