Leshego Logistics was formed in 2001 when Röhlig and Grindrod merged to form Röhlig Grindrod. The opportunity was given to the drivers from both companies to form a BEE company and Röhlig Grindrod found suitable partners who could attend to the administration and financial function. The staff and managers of Leshego own 35% of the company and are responsible for the total operational performance of the company.
