In South Africa there is a massive crime problem that contributes significantly to the levels of stress people who live there experience. The problem is so bad that it has resulted in an undercurrent of fear flowing through the South African society. This is exacerbated by finacial pressures caused by a rapidly rising cost of living and a massive decline in job security. All interventions that help people deal with their fears contribute positively to their lifestyle and productivity.
