Wahl Industries is an aluminium die casting manufacturing plant making irrigation equipment, general aluminium castings for catering and engineering companies, and outdoor lighting for the retail and projects market.Our foundry is one of the largest privately owned aluminium gravity foundry in South Africa with approximately 10 500 square metres under cover, a maximum height of 4m and overhead lifting capacity of 5 tons, gas melting furnaces, transfer ladle, electric furnaces with strict temperature controls and a back up generator for the entire plant (730 KVA). LM4, LM6, LM9 and LM25 alloys are processed with an annual tonnage capacity of 1000 tons.The foundry is made up of gravity and tilt castings, fettling, tool room and machining.
