On 3 December 2014 Moffat (Owner) and an electric fence technician that contracts every now and then for him pitched in this morning. Moffat was standing around and then disappeared for most of the day. Late around 14:30 his hungry contractor struggles on to the heat., Realized Moffat didn't bring him any food or drink so I supplied, to later find out he and a friend is sitting in his car outside my yard drinking beer. After a few arguments and being treated like an ***** by the owner regarding what was agreed on and what not I had to pay him cash, while not receiving all that was promised on quote and no receipt . til now I haven't received the receipt. A few days later he came by begging me for R200 as his company could not supply, he promised to give it back in 2 days, Its also now a month later, and haven't received a cent. My alarm keeps tripping and Moffat will think of every excuse not to pitch, even threaten me with call out fee if it is not his fault.
