I have been calling the store all day did not get any response , it kept saying that the mailbox was full . I called the other branches and I kept getting bad customer services , the telesales team was very rude and not helpful at all. I have always had a problem with Telkom services. it is not good for moral to be rude to customers!

I have phoned Cresta (only get message that voice mail is full) Telkom City (engaged) Fourways (no answer) Oakdene (voicemail) so cannot een get to stage one! Last week I went to Rosebank but they were offline and said thye would be renovating So nog possible to rate service
