the food was great but the service was so poor i doubt i wanna go back there. we waited for someone to take our order for 15 minutes,asked how long our food is gonna take and the waiter named Tshego said they will take about 15 minutes max and that turned into more 45 minutes. asked for water which did'nt arrive at all and waited for the bill for another 15-20 minutes. complained to the manager regarding the service and nothing was done about it. stood up to pay at the cashier's point after enduring the pain and torture .something should be done about waiters who think that some customers are less important than others. the waiter attended quickly to some customers,passing by our table so many times and not even looking to find out if we were fine. i left the restaurant without having drank the water i asked for and i cannot believe that i got that kind of treatment from my favourite restaurant.
