SITL Recruiting is a 100% black, female-owned business; both directors are lawyers with extensive commercial law experience (26 years collectively); one of the directors has also worked as company secretary of a listed company and is involved in human rights work; the other has extensive international tax experience and has worked in SA and the USA; both directors have also spent time working in investment banks; they have an empathy for and an understanding of the career aspirations of a wide range of legal, tax, regulatory and investment banking personnel across the board; they are astute, have business savvy and are accomplished lawyers in their own right; both hold LLM degrees from international universities and are academically accomplished in addition to their broad practical legal experience; they believe strongly in social justice issues and support a number of NGOS in this regard.
