Sirius Property Unclaimed

Im the neighbour of 7 MIldura Street,Kensignton who is experiencing breakage to the boundary wall, due to the trees roots protruding through the boundary wall which is 60cm away from my water meter. Please can you assist because it is also happening further down where the banana tree has broken 3 slates which is affecting my alarm system. Can we get assistants urgently as this complaint will also be lodge with the Estate bored. I have vicious dogs and should they get on your property I cannot be held accountable as there are small children on your premises. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
