The service is very very poor. Looks like most of the tellers have no idea what customer service is. Specifically those at Boed Mall. They love making unnnecessary conversation amongst themselves. They can hardly serve 10 people in an hour. it really pathetic when you compare to other betting places like hollywood. Bloed Mall is the worst. Please do something about it

Can u please clarify the winnings and payouts on powerball,because I played 3 numbers and 1 of those numbers was a powerball but I didn't win,but on main lotto I did win

i was at the sunnyside branch being assisted by a lady called portia. i stood a good 10 minutes while there was no one infront of me. she was playing a ticket i dont know for who and it was a soccer ticket. but to my understanding outside window in sunnyside is for betting numbers. we exhchanged words where she even told me she did not kal me to come bet. with so much competition in sunnyside you still have stuff members telling customers nonsence. betting for ppl who are at home. i rate the place zero if u wanna stand in the que then thats the rite place and when you try complain the ncashier portia will put you in your place
