you guys has a very bad device, I don't know why you exist, I have been trying to get hold of you for 3 days now, but you don't even answer your calls, I need help with existing policy but no one is available to answer phone calls, shame on you guys, you good in collecting our money but, you don't have time to talk to us, im disappointed on you,

I am not satisfied by the service I have received recently from SANLAM 0861235433. I have asked for a form to be emailed to [email protected]. Since past three days i.e. 14 May 2015. I would like to do partial surrender on my policy because I am renovating the house so I did not get the service that I want. All that I want is the form I have done the ID copy and the bank statement. POOR SERVICE. Why should I have to struggle to get the money that is rightfully mine???
