    Wats da use of paying insurance wen nothing gets done never in my life have I ever receive such service.da staff is jst like da furniture useless.im very disgusted wit pmb church street.i c nothing or no1 has giving me a call so now its time I went further.

    Hi my name is shanaaz.my husband n hve started a family.we are newly married so wat we had done was combined our salaries together n which we had open up an account wit u guys.from day 1 the products which I had received didn't make me happy in anyway.i first had a problem with the cellphone which I purchased da scroller wasn't working as a result I went back in store wit in da same day to lay a complain n I was there told to take it 2 Vodacom.wat surprised me was dat da phone wasn't even two hours old but I was told 2 take it else where.secondly I purchased a kitchen sceme which was on sale I had a problem with da 1 door n draw which was fixed.i haven't had any problems wit it ever since den.thirdly I purchased a wardrobe 4 my bedroom from da 1st day I had a problem wit the draw.i went 2 lay a complaint concerning da matter which I was never assisted by da guy at Russells kept on telling me that he wud send sum1 to fix it which he failed to keep up wit his promise.

    Hi I'm Nombeko Tuku, I'm from Cape Town. Last year i layby sofas from Russells that were costing R2000. I bought them for my mother who's from Queenstown. Around December I finalised the layby and i told them to transfer the sofas to Queenstown and I give them the full address. but still they haven't deliver the sofas and it's been more than 2 months now i've been waiting. and they don't even tell me what is the delay because I don't have an outstanding amount that is due to them. I mean this not a good service if this is going to continue like this. But I'm hoping you will find solution very soon because it's too long I've been waiting.

    I would realy appreciate to look at this matter and help me with this problem i'm facing.

    Please be advised that as per contract attached my last payment was on 2017/01/01 so the statement that I was sent today to pay R139.45 due on 2017/03/01 is not valid.

    I like to demand an immediate closure of my account no. 6365290181959546. I ve made payment of R169-50 that was an outstanding balance at Russel Durban 300 West avenue ref. No. 0612021613 was given and Khomo Sindisiwe was assisting me.

    My account wasnt closed immediatly and I couldnt get my paid up letter at the same time as I desparatly need it.

    Kindly close my account and email my paid up letter to my email address before 2017/02/09 @ 12:00.
