    I'm sick n tired about that bad service i get frm 1of your store.Russells Alex plaza in Alexandra.I bought 2 beds there within 2 months 1 of that bed broken.I report that issue to that branch even here i think I report the second time.That bed want base only.it was still n edblo l.instead they want me to accept the 1 that it still new.bt i refuse.i went i don't know how many times frm last year until now.nothing is happen.Now i don't want a new bed i want my money.Or i take action go to media's n newspapers.im enough plus that manager start to be rude when he took to me.Do followed up and i give them 2 days on the 2nd of next month i will take action.Im no longer interested in my bed i want my money back.Thanks

    I am very disappointed by Russells Alice, I bought a TV on December 2017 and my first installment was Jan 2018, I paid my first installment on the agreed date through EFT, up until now my payment is not showing on their system but to me it deducted, they are threatening me with sms to pay again

    Very poor service at the Brand , Me and my girl friend bought a fridge that was in promotion on line , we even process the FULL payment after contacting a certain ELIZABETH from e-commerce department, she told us to process the payment and we did , 4 days later she will come up with an apology that the item is out of stock. this is the poorest service i never heard about. if you agreed with your customer to process payment meaning the items is available not the other way around. Really disappointed and will never buy any thing from this store again , NEVER
    Now my food is getting rotten out of the fridge. RIDICULOUS AND DISORGANIZED SERVICE

    I'm so angry at this moment I bought a laptop with printer in December. then I logged a complaint with the store, took it back I told them the problem. all they said was they will call me to let me know whats gonna happen,i have calling and hearing the same story about it was taken to head office, I have to call after them to ask whats going on, then I hear the same story. how can I pay for something I'm not using it will be a month now and still nothing. the service sucks and its poor, aslong they can get they commission they don't care.PICK UP YOUR PHONES AND TELL US THE CUSTOMERS WHATS GOING ON, INSTEAD OF SITTING THERE WITH YOUR PUFF AND MIRRORS. I'm so angry

    I hv paid up my account at russells and thy r stil send m sms tht i own the wen i ask they say is for the interest i asked again wat interest bcus i hv paid the account sho i wil nve go to buy any product ever at tht company thy dnt knw hw to treat customer.Was it my fault tht the thy own system shows me how much i shall pay to paid up tht acoount.

    Very sad for your service I did laybye cancelation two weeks back and you guys said I must wait for 7 day but 2day is my third week and the money is not in what you expect us to say about you are you treating us good or bad bcz I call the branch and they said the delay is there in head office
