    good day

    i bought a fridge August 2018 it only worked for a week we took the fridge back they said they will send someone to fix it they did now its not working still can you please assist ( i bought it at Thohoyandou)

    i talked to the manager he said there is nothing he can do.

    I was entrenched at work while I made a layout for a bedroom. Now I want my money back and they claim I'm suppose to take an item that costs the money I paid for lay buy. I need nothing except for the bedroom. So why is it said that I can't get my money back. Coz really now I have been a customer paying cash.but the service I got is not good.i made it at Frankfort and I keep going back there to get an answer. I don't live in Frankfort yet I have to waste more money and they keep telling me they will give me feedback. Until when

    My name is Mthimkhulu Radebe and I bought a bed Cash (R5499) for my mother at Vrede Russels on the 28th of December 2018 and to date it has not been delivered.

    Iv been to the shop even yesterday Wednesday and was told it will be delivered by end of the day yesterday and as expected, it was noy delivered!

    Today again (3 Jan 2019) I just came back from the shop and was told by the manager it will be delivered next week latest on Wednesday.

    My question is why such a long wait when I am a customer who paid cash and I no longer trust a word from the store and they say they cant refund and want my bank statement to refund. I fail to understand why ask for my bank statement when I paid cash and my bank statement is private as I paid cash.

    Please assist as I am now going to open a case at the police station.

    Dear Sir /Madam,

    I am writing the compliant regarding one of your stores manager in Cosmo City,I bought a laptop at Russels in cosmo mall.

    We experienced the problem with the laptop,we then send the laptop back to the shop ,its been with them almost a month,i went to the shop several time and the manager and the staff kept on promising that they will call to advice on the laptop, until i went back to them last week on Saturday the 07 December to query the laptop.i told her i am not happy ,she did not even bother to explain why the laptop is taking long and not even apology ,after talking to her i then ask her for refund and she just said go and print your statement i will refund ,she is very rude i am not sure how tdid you hire some as the manager who does not have skills and knowledge on how to treat customer.I AM NOT EVEN SURE THAT MY REFUND WAS PROCESSED.

    The child did not even use his laptop for exams because of lazy and unskilled people in your company.

    Manager Lucky for Russells Thohoyandou Post Office street (Shop 1-4) is so unprofessional, rude, arrogant and helpless.

    I bought headboard and pedestal set on the 5th October 2018 and even today i have not yet got my pedestals but only 2 head boards and i only bought one.

    Lucky allows people that are not stuff to take things from the storage or storeroom alone and not being monitored and that ends with those people delivering wrong products.

    He want me yo pay delivery twice for his mistakes. When i talk to him he either lie to me or make empty promises.

    I was trying to get hold of you at head office but they dont pick up their calls but when they call you they want and force to talk to them.
    My problem is i bought a unit at your stores.i Tembisa branch that unit was on sale of R2599.00 but at the end i have to pay double of that unit price 'how possible is that? to buy 1 unit with price of 2 unit,your service its very very poor i wish i knew it before i buy at your store but its better i know i will let others know how poor your service is because even your staff cant make their job prorpely you just want to take peoples money, but everything has the begining and the end and dont think its the end.

    Good Morning, am having a problem with your Durban branch i have laybyed a tv including the dstv,i have been waiting for delivery since last month and when ever i call the branch they not answering,i went to the branch on Friday they told me that they will deliver soon the warehouse was out of stock how is that even possible?
