    I have been trying to get hold of a Regional Manager now for over a month and no luck regarding my furniture bought 4 months ago and still no luck so now I am holding payment cant even get through to the store and never mind this number pathetic

    I am not happy with the service that i got from russels . They were supposed to deliver my furniture but they keep on playing hide and sick about the delivery . Im confused and angry coz im spending my airtym to call them but they keep on dropping my call

    Went into Russels in Vrede today (24/11/2017) to enquire if they have any Black Friday specials on 80cm colour TV. The saleslady showed me 2 TV's (only 2 they have on display), one for R3000.00 and one for R3199.00. I asked her if that was the "special" price and she said the one for R3199.00 is 2-2 and it is a better TV than the other make which I actually prefer. I asked her 3 or 4 times if the price is R2200.00 in which case I would then buy one. She confirmed and I then proceeded with the transaction. When I handed my bankcard to the cashier and she processed the deal she told me that the amoumt is R3199.00. I feel that this is unacceptable and I cancelled the transaction, salespeople must make absolutely sure that they know the price and the customer knows exactly what he is to pay, she should have made it clear to me that the price is not R2200.00 as I understood it but R3199.00

    After going back and forth with the Vosloorus branch, i got a call instead of my furniture being delivered and was told i need to pay cash for my TV licence it was not supposed to be added on the account. i went there the following day 29/09/17 and paid, then today 02-10 i got a call that my application has been started afresh because i wasn't supposed to pay cash. I wanted to start afresh on Friday and was told it isn't possible as it will reflect as fraud. so how is it now possible?

    The service i received from Russels in vosloorus was extremely poor. Karabo was helping me and we were doing just fine until Tshidi started shouting at her treating her like an idiot, i mean how do you shot at your fellow colleague in front of customers when they are asking you for help. as a result she forgot to put one item on the account and now i have to use cash that was not on my budget. Tshidi is the one who was capturing the items on the system and she did not double check before processing the order because she was busy shouting at poor Karabo. When i got home, i saw on the paperwork that there was extended insurance but no one explained anything to me and if it means i have to pay extra, then i should have been asked and agreed to pay for it, and no one explained how the insurance works, they added the ellies plug and did not explain that either.

    The service I received from Russells in Amanzimtoti was extremely poor. The colour of my Lounge Suite was incorrectly delivered. There was no evidence of the Lounge suite being scotch guarded, something that I requested and was charged for. The warehouse could not assure me that is was scotch guarded. No constant follow up on the queries. Really disappointed. Please assist with this query

    We are not happy with the service received at your Durban Bluff Branch. Ladies are very rude, our stuff was delivered damaged and we contacted the Bluff Branch you leave message after message and no one gets back to you. when you call them the complaint wasnt logged. Not impressed. Disgusting service
