Pressure Point Therapy: Trained by a Shiatsu Master.Pressure Point Therapy uses techniques to remove energetic blocks; allowing energy to flow freely within the meridians (rivers of light – channels of energy) of the body .This is achieved through gentle; but firm, pressure that directs your own energy to the proper places within the body to facilitate balance of the whole body and promote healing. The body is then more able to naturally heal itself. I also combine Muscle Testing and Affirmations in my sessions for increased healing and maximum benefit.
