We will cover all costs until you start realising savings. Our service and equipment costs are payable only from savings we recover on your behalf, which means that you do not have to budget for our service and furthermore, should we not achieve any savings, there will be no charge to you. Once our contract has expired you will continue to realise these savings on your monthly accounts. We have been successful in achieving substantial savings of between 10 and 50% ( R500 to R80,000 per month ) on utility accounts to about 60% of our clients. With regard to Landlords, however, our basic approach relating to any building is that the owner is fully entitled to recover all costs of the utilities but that the tenants must be treated in such a way that they can be assured that everything is fair and above board.
We also handle all queries with the Council, tenants, landlords on your behalf.
