We do add a fruit fiber to lower the GI as well as Benecol to reduce the cholestrol. We only bake on order so that we can try meet all you requirements and give you the freshest possible products. All our products are freezer stable so you can keep them as fresh as you got them. We require 48 hours notice for all orders. Please note we do not keep stock on hand, we ONLY bake to order.
