Joining Mr. Mhlabeni from 1st of March 2006 was Ms. Itumeleng Kapari, an Attorney, and on the 1st May 2006 was Mr. Collen Kgaolo Stephen Matshitse, a Conveyancer and Notary Public and Ms Neliswa Winifred Ndengane a Candidate Attorney

The firm presently consists of a completely established office infrastructure with the latest technology to cater for its client's needs. he firm came to its inception on the 10th of July 2003 and since then it has grown from strength to strength. The firm is a member of the following bodies: · Law society of the Northern Provinces (LSNP) · Black Lawyers Association · Black Conveyancers Association · South African Property Owners Association · South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners · The Institute of Directors Mr Mhlabeni is currently a Council Member of the National Home Builders Registrations Council (NHBRC) and a member of The Gauteng Development Tribunal. He occassionally acts as an instructor for Conveyancing at the Gauteng Law School.
