Madulammoho's achievements include winning The National Govan Mbeki Award for Best Social Housing Company Project 2013 and the SHRA award for the Best Social Housing Company 2013. Fleurhof Views, the project honored with this award, was designed to be as environmentally, socially, and economically viable as possible. We introduced two unconventional technologies to reduce the project's carbon footprint - remote water meters and energy saving heat pumps - that decreased the energy needed to heat water by over 50% and saved our tenants significant utility costs.
