first, I phoned I don't know how many times no answer. then when my call does get answered eventually the lady to whom I was speaking to was very rude! really? is that how you treat people? very disgraceful and unprofessional!

The government departments in this country provde nothing, but poor service to the public. The staff think that they do the public a favour by serving them or answering calls, are they not educated by their managers, stating that the public pay them their salaries as we are tax payers, and need to be respected and treated in a decent manner? I am disgraced at the level of service this country has dropped too!!!!!!

The office NEVER answere calls I am trying to correct an inputting error made by one of their staff This is preventing me licencing a vehicle in the western cape Please ask them to call me on the number
