Very poor assistance with cancelling of 2 policies for L Qubeka, 6005070384089. Policies to be cancelled is 556189399 and VAPINSA&G 610103551. Email in this regard on 4/11/2015 to [email protected] was ignored? Ms Qubeka followed up and spoke to Jacky Mamaregane on 9/11/2015 and asked her to cancel both policies. The first one was cancelled and an email was received. However, the second policy was not cancelled and when followed up, Mrs Jacky Mamaregane refused to speak to Mrs Qubeka and cut the line on two occations, i.e. 10 & 11 Nov 2015. Could any help be offered?
