Indigo Yoga offers Yoga Classes to all levels. At Indigo Yoga we provide a safe space for newcomers and existing yoga practioners to relax and breathe. Indigo Yoga offers beginners yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursdays which set's a unique platform for newcomers to learn how to do the basic postures and sun salutions. Yoga Classes in Bryanston (Sandton/ Fourways) and Boskruin (Randburg).At Indigo Yoga we believe that doing the yoga postures right from the beginning will prevent injury and encourage a deeper and more fulfilling and consistent practise in the long run.
