Imperial Paving Unclaimed

I read about Imperial Paving on their website they claim to be the best in paving.I contacted my local Imperial Paving and signed a contract with Tavi Naidoo. He requested a deposit of R4000 upfront prior to paving promising to do the paving within two weeks. Two weeks passed and no service delivery, after phoning countless times Tavi kept making promises and failed to deliver on those promises on some instances having viewed my number he failed to answer at all i left countless messages but to my amazement no replication.Today is the 6th of may i have been waiting since February the 17th for my work to be completed.The reason as to why i chose Imperial Paving was because they claim to be reliable, they are well known and apparently their workmanship is good i cannot contest to any of these statements as I am highly disappointed with their service delivery and conduct towards their customers.
