The community plumber is a person who has been trained and assessed as a plumber through the National Trade-Test as an artisan plumber or an experienced person who has worked as plumber and gained the experience in the workplace gained the experience in the workplace and has participated in the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment programme at a CETA accredited centre.A Community Plumber is thus a local member of the community who lives in the area and can be contacted directly or indirectly to give specialised and general quality plumbing services at a reasonable cost.
