Focused Learning Outcomes is a Learning & Development organisation operating in Southern Africa.  Since our inception in 2003, we have helped hundreds of organisations fulfil specific learning and development needs through both standard and customised workshop format courses.Our workshops are aimed at helping organisations continuously improve by empowering both individuals and teams to make more informed and effective business decisions based on experiential learning.  We provide our services both as primary and third party service provider based on client needs.Significantly though, learning and development is not about the old paradigm of 'training', but rather, it is about a way of thinking and contextualising the environment in which individuals and teams operate.This creates the springboard for meaningful action, integrating theory with real world challenges and achieving meaningful outcomes.
