Equip Assessment and Develpoment Services strives to enhance insight regarding people performance and general functioning within the work context, by applying tests which are valid, fair and reliable in predicting behaviour and likely performance. The focus is to identify both current capabilities and development potential, as well as ideal work contexts.  

Vanessa Gaydon is a registered Educational Psychologist who has worked in private practice for 29 years, whilst also consulting in the corporate environment. As the Supervising Psychologist for the EQUIP Assessments team, her primary area of expertise lies within the field of executive coaching and development of bespoke leadership and team-building intervention for our clients. She also offers her extensive experience in terms of conducting medico-legal assessments in cases of personal injury and specifically brain-injuries. Vanessa is an elected member of the Discovery Health Psychology Panel; she has also published a number of papers in international academic journals, whilst having served as chairperson and executive committee member of several psychological / professional associations.
