Dr. More Chakane Institute of Evaluation - vision, mission, aims, services (evaluation, teaching, practice, research and debates)

Dr. More Chakane has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from an Ivy League Institution, Cornell University, in the USA. His former lecturers include world-renowned evaluation scholars Prof. Jenniffer Greene and Prof. Bill Trochim. Dr. Chakane has been practising evaluation for the past 15 years. He has conducted local, national and international evaluation studies for both public (including governments) and private organizations. He is the founder member of the South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association ( SAMEA) and is currently involved in evaluation research and teaching.
