Have telephoned and emailed twice for assistance regarding urgently required panic buttons (David Phamodi ) has sent receipt twice but ignored my request. Could someone kindly assist. Area Oakdene for new panic buttons and signs required in Bassonia. Thank you.

Appalled by the customer service : Why am I still getting invoices from 2015. Numerous calls and visits to the office have been futile because no one actually cares about an ex client.

Dear Marie i am prepared to pay for the collection of the radio which had already been removed as i advised and was acknowledged by yourselves. I gave my fire extinguisher in on 2016-05-05 at your Nelspruit branch. Today was the second time I went to enquire about the service of my extinguisher and still it was not done. I had no option than to take it as I am constantly on the road and need it in my vehicle. It is the worst ever service I received it is impossible to take almost one month to service a 1kg extinguisher.

On 10 May at 4.30 am our residential alarm went off but unfortunately no armed response was sent by Chubb as per contract.

In sheer desperation I am writing this in an attempt to get my monthly statements sent to me. I have been trying since July 2014 to get someone in your organisation to acknowledge my request, this matter is now urgent!
