CHA Consulting (PTY) LTD has been in existance since 1994, with in excess fo 30 years experience in the field of labour law, Industrial Relations & Human Resources.  There are a broad spectrum of services offerred, including: General Disciplining of staff (counseling, warnings etc) Disciplinary hearings, Appeal Hearings, Dispute resolutions (CCMA,Labour court etc) Union Intervention, Retrenchment Negotiations, Shop Steward Meetings, HR Policies & Procudures, Employment Equity Policies & Plans, Facilitation of the Employment Equity Processes.

CHA was primarily formed to meet the needs for small to medium sized enterprises for Human Resources and Industrial Relations requirements. Due to the ever growing demands of clients, the consulting services were broadened to include Book Keeping Services, Labour Broking, Payroll Solution and Debt Counseling.
