This business really ruined our wedding day. EVERYTHING that we ordered and paid for was either not done at all, or incorrect. The flowers looked days old, and some of them were fake!! We never asked for fake flowers. Draping that we ordered was filthy and torn, that the wedding co-ordinator was losing her patience and ordered it down. the centerpieces were not what we asked for and were not even the right colour! The behaviour of staff was very unprofessional that we had guests complain about it. The main contact Michael, never once came up to us to ask if we liked or were happy with everything. For most of the night I did not know who he was, because people knew I would get angry. He stayed far away from us. This business doesn't seem to understand that they were hired to work, they are not guests, and they ruined everything for our wedding. Even simple instructions given to someone for when to initiate the fog machine were not done !!! She was chatting away!It ruined our first dance
