My husband pass away in 2015 Absa was doing the will and give it to FDP administration services. Since at date the will is not finished yet. Still waiting sent emails but nothing happend

Hi My father passed away in September 2016 since then when we phone to talk to the lady that handels the estate she is on leave how the hell can you go on leave for 6 months and even if she is on leave should somebody not fill in for her.? Since then no document stating that the house was settled or any other document has been send through to the attorneys. I want answers on how to proceed. This is more stress and trauma on people to worry about this all because you are not doing your part!

Pathetic !!! These people are just never available - they keep on requesting the same documents over and over again. Really Absa ??? . Ive been battling for 7 months to close off my deceased's mom bank accounts at Absa.

Not happy with Absa Deceased estates. Attorneys has to been battling to receive documents from your department since July 2016 This is unacceptable and I am going to lodge a complain at Ombudsman Estate L.J. De Jager ID 340311509908
