Father and son joint forces in 2006 to establish FvA Construction, mainly at that time to do upgrades, renovations and alterations to 3 and 4 star lodges. With a lifelong history of buying houses in holiday towns such as Jeffery’s Bay, Humansdorp and surrounding Bay towns, renovating, modernizing and reselling them, Frans have had his share of building experience in alterations and renovations. Success come from the old farmers tradition of being there and see that the job get done the first time. 36 Years of farming experience in the Karoo have formed this outlook on this young partnership that have never stopped growing.
