We have also been involved in the restoration of Museums, etc.Wooden flooring can be repaired, replaced then sanded and sealed with either a water based sealer which is toxin free and meets world health requirements. A cheaper alternative is a polyurethan sealer which is solvent based. Both sealer offer a maintenance free finish and are available in a satin or gloss finish.Finness Flooring was established in 1952 and is now in its third generation of a family owned business. Vinyl, laminates & engineering flooring carry a 2 year workmanship warranty as well as a 15 year to lifetime manufacturers warranty Sealers are guaranteed against bubbling & peeling for 1 year from date of completion but not against wear and tear.
