I have paid your firm an amount of R43,253.4o in November 2013 for debt of the Karos hotel in Wilderness for outstanding electricity account. In March 2014 that whole electricity account was settled. Since that day I have had no refund from your company. I also bought 4 units on an auction in Oct 2013. Till date, some 16 month later, it is not yet registered in my name. WHAT IS HAPPENING?
