HTI Consulting (Hospitality and Tourism International Consulting) is a real estate development consultancy specialising in numerous property development orientations, one of which is hospitality consulting.The objectives of the business are to service the strategic and operational needs of public and private sector hospitality and tourism organisations, focusing on developments in Africa and the Middle East. The company primarily conducts hotel viability studies and business plans prior to hotel and resort construction, in order to assess the viability of proposed hotel and resort projects or for purposes of raising finance. Our hotel viability studies provide a platform from which our clientele, that include investors, developers, owners and other interested parties, can understand, interpret, approach and successfully implement and manage hospitality developments.
