Magents is based on the Afrikan but mostly Southern Afrikan lifestyle.....with ALL its aroma that makes this world a dish of pure bliss. Those who drink DEEPLY from the M.L.A. cup would read MUCH deeper into each element on each garment! We SALUTE you for that! PREMIUM Quality is our never ending aim...yes in fabric, fit, wash, workmanship & style....it is the art of accurately expressing the soil under our feet! It is our aim to accurately express the Soil through threads of cotton.A couple of inspired Afrikans whose hearts pump custard for this most beautiful continent, its people, its valleys, the trees, the mountain springs, the morning suns, the FELT love & the poems written on the faces of its older citizens...we continuously find ourselves in awe as we walk through the fields ...it is when they whisper the secrets of the past the hope of the future and the bliss of now, that we write down, create & express. No more beautiful place on earth....Afreeeeka, we love, respect & cherish you! Designed apparel that provides the opportunity for every conscious individual, to express the Afrikan Soil accurately.

In the blazing heat of a South African summer a motley band of artists, students, and sympathizers went into the streets and alleys of cities across South Africa – Johannesburg, Cape Town, Soweto, Soshanguwe – and painted the orange, three-circled Magents logo on bridges, walls, rocks, in underpasses, in stations, in sports stadiums. And that’s where they left it. Three orange circles with no explanation generated a great deal of mystery. They went back every three months and added the other elements of the logo & three men and the letter “G”. Then in 1999-2003 they began to place the product -a line of men’s and women’s apparel in independent retailers. Launches of the brand followed in 2005 in France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Japan, Canada, Vietnam and more recently in the United States.
