Jacaranda College Unclaimed

Jacaranda Academy was established in 1972, as Jacaranda Creche and Nursery School. Due to the ever- increasing demand for good, quality education the school gradually grew to meet the ever-increasing demand from the community. In the late 1990's a need was identified for a private school in Edenvale. During 2000 a new wing was added to accommodate the primary school on the premises in Van Tonder Avenue. In 2012 premises were purchased in Fountain Road Eastleigh for a secondary school. The school is registered with the GDE as well as the IEB.

Our educators are considered as mentors who teach and inspire.Our focus is to develop independent thought, strong communication skills and grow self confidence. Small classes and an approach which addresses the individual needs of each learner ensures that the child is provided with a supportive and encouraging educational climate in which to develop according to ability and learning style.
