Very very bad experience. As I am writing this review, I have been waiting for them to call me. The number 071 610 5970 that you are suppose to call after hours on emergency goes straight to voice mail. This is the first and last time using this travel agency

had excellent service with this company even when things went wrong. was late for flight but they went the extra mile got me on another and had a shuttle to get me to my conference their speedily
