Shocking!. I'm a "Prestige banker".. & I can't phone my banker.. no direct number for the brunch or the individual consultant. Just.. long recorded dial options & my call being sent all over the country, except for where I need it to go.. (I hate this service!!!!)

Your phone number doesn't work and the e-mail address I was given for Chris Coetzee by the Cathcart branch doesn't work either. Basically I am completely unable to contact you. Poor customer service.
