I made an error. My papers arrive on time daily. I used the site in error. My apologies!!!!

Delivery is a joke! Have not had paper for two weeks. Called to inform them....they will call subscriptions dept. to inform. Ready to cancel my subscription.

Sunday Tribune in Toti area not delivered as yet. Second time in 2 months. Callcenter number mailbox is full so no message can be left. Will be terminating subscription.

Complained in Sunday 10 am. That i had no paper. Called again 10.45 voice mail. Now 11.10 no Tribune. The person that took the call didn't have the decency to call back and let me know about the status of my paper. subscriber for more than 27 years. NAGINA

Sunday Tribune subscription is a waste! Paper not delivered I need a refund !!!

the deliveries in Hillcrest leave a lot to be desired we have been subscribers of both the Mercury and the Tribune for years and years and due to the tardiness in the delivery system we will not be renewing our subscriptions.

Pls cancel my subscription. It's useless to pay for something that is of no value. About 3 months ago, I called you to ask for the paper to be placed in the post box. Guess what? I humbly agreed to comply but "dololo". The result, I read half paper or no paper at all for the past 3 months. Bye bye Sunday Times. I will try another newspaper. Regards

I have not received my sundy tribune for the past 2 weeks. Please cancel alll my7 subscriptions

Once again the paper was not delivered - so now I have to get into my car and go buy something I've already paid for! Thanks for the inconvenience and extra expense!

I always pay my subscription on time and I have brought the matter up several times with your office about not receiving my Sunday Tribune. Not once has my e mails been acknowledged. I am going to deduct the amount of tribunes I didn't receive in the past 7 months when I next make my payment. I would also like to know which agency you use to deliver the papers near the Port Shepstone area.

The wrapping of the plastic bag is very poor , when the paper is ttrown over the front gate and it is raining the paper is saturated and cannot be read , please improve the method of wrapping to make it waterproof.

SUNDAY TRIBUNE Was not delivery- emailed with no reply, telephoned and the lady that answered said she will pass onto the relevant persons and will revert back- however no response yet.

The worst service I have ever had. No paper delivered for three weeks, when I telephone the enquiry line there was no reply. Telephoned on Monday got an apology and assured that I would receive a newspaper on Sunday morning. Now 10:30 no newspaper and enquiry line 031 308 2022 constantly busy! (Telephoned 8 times) is this service???

Dear Sunday Tribune Deliver Team, We are now on 2nd November 2014 and I have stopped counting on how many times during this year I had to call to request a delivery. Let's see if you will surprise us in the remaining 2 months. Regards, Nadia

Sooooooooooooooo tired of having weekend newspapers delivered just before lunch time. This is a B&B and we need the newspapers for our guests at breakfast time. On going problem for years - not worth having a subscription as I could drive to the shop and buy it within 5 minutes. What a waste of money when nobody reads it - use it for peeling vegetables on?
