The holding company for Rewardsco Contact Centres is The Rewards Company (Pty) Ltd and we have been in operation since 1996.Rewardsco Contact Centres (RCC) was launched in late 2007. In 2009, we won the industry body (BPeSA) award for best BPO centre in KZN. RCC is currently short-listed with one other outbound centre for the Best Outbound Campaign in South Africa for 2010.Rewardsco Contact Centres operate out of a custom built centre in River Horse Valley Business Estate that has the capacity for 500 contact centre agents.Rewardsco is an Authorised Financial Services Provider.
