I will not be eating nando's every again, reason being is the manager at the Umgeni he is an Indian male he should not be the manager, he can't treat his staff right so what makes you think he will be good to the guest, I feel so sorry for the female manager that work there cause that guy is very rude and that put me off from nando's he must not think he knows thing he should be sent for training. I work with guest and staff and I think they should be treated well. And when a staff member is not happy the work will not be getting done up to standard and if this matter is not taken up I'm going to get the labor department to get involved cause this guy is very rude and has no way off speaking. Thank you

So..... 2 hours to wait for my order to be rectified from Nandos. What started off as a last minute decision at 18:20 has turned into an extremely poor experience at 20:30 and still waiting... Order was totally wrong. Wrong chicken piece, wrong drink, the eventually relisten to the telephonic order, apparently the bike also broke down.....well.... looks like their quirky, tongue and cheek adverts to get you to order have nothing to do with their their customer service...... truly loved this food once upon a time. My complaint remains a quagmire, nandos unique reference number: 217835. I bought 2 nandos platters online, Dr Pixley kaSeme outlet. Both platters not delivered but money deducted from my account. Upon enquiring I learnt both my orders not delivered as there is no delivery service at the outlet, the app accepts delivery orders though. I find this rip off totally unacceptable. I am now being sent from pillar to post for my refund. I have made more than 20 calls already in vain and this is costing me, I went to the store and spoke to another manager who could not assist he referred me back to call centre, call centre refers me back to store. I am hereby requesting urgent assistance with this refund failling which you give me a reason why I should not take this rip off online scam of yours to all medias and complavint boards.

Purchased (take out) at Overport on 28 Sept approx 19:22, a haloumi veg pita and clearly told the person who took my order (Wendy on my till slip) to add sufficient hot sauce and mayonaisse or else the meal would be dry. Mayonaaise was LEFT OUT TOTALLY...and the sauce was insufficient. I trusted them ....brought it home to Reservoir Hills to eat...only to be disappointed. Maybe it would be better to employ workers who understand English... It was too far away for me to travel all that way to complain.

placed an order on the 25/09/2017 chicken was burnt....chips were hard inedible...rolls were past their sell by date...spent and wasted R189-90....although this was not the first bad experience...i finally had to do something about this...

I live in the westbrook area where i moved to recently. I frequent Nandos Tongaat. Never before have i seen such a dirty store. Dirty uncleared crocery and crumbs on nearly every table. The floors are just as dirty. The store has seating at the front where the sun streams in and customers have to sit in the heat. Surely options to screen off the heat should have been explored. Ordered a full meal from your Durban North store and was given 1 breast 4 chicken legs and under cooked . Asked for extra hot and could hardly taste the piri piri. Been a supporter for years but never going back to that store. Sorry not up to real NANDO'S standards. Regards Lamy
