The friendliness, courtesy and professionalism of all your staff, from listening to my request telephonically, to delivering and collecting the car – at every point it was outstanding ! And the absolute bonus is that you deliver and collect the cars – which is such a sensible service since one only hires a car when one does not have one and so one is likely not to easily  be able to get to the hire place in the first place!! Absolutely brilliant  service and I have been singing your company’s praises ever since and all respond with:-” What? They deliver the car to you?? !!It needs to be your new marketing tool -a catch phrase like “ We Deliver !” I will definitely be recommending Vineyard to everyone I know and definitely using you again myself.
