If you ever are in need of advice, dint phone here. They dont provide assistance over the telephone accirding to a very rude and unhelpful Amelia. When consulting with the doctors, they tell you not to hesitate to phone if you have a problem, however, when experiencing a problem, you are met with hostile, rude and unhelpful people like Amelia. I change pediatricians previously because of this treatment but decided to give it a go again with child nr 4, however this is tempting me to change again. My child's problem is serious enough to need to speak to her, however not serious enough to have to travel 70km from work to get her to the doctor. Getting an appointment there is even worse. Have to wait two weeks before you can get to see the doctor. Utterly disgusted.
