This shop in the Doringkloof Mall has everything for your themed party, BUT...be very very careful. The store is owner managed and she will rip you off with pricing if you are not careful. If she has not quoted you, you will get ripped off. She charged extra for balloons whilst her advertised pricing for helium balloons was less and when queried, she said the chosen balloons were an additional R50.00 for 10. Once filled, you have no choice but to pay. She also appears on Hello Peter for other complaints so be very careful!!!
