Welcome to the website of CAQS Quantity Surveyors – a quantity surveying enterprise headed up by Giel Cillié and Guillaume Cillié. Both are quantity surveying professionals with extensive experience in the contractual guidelines of The Joint Building Contracts Committee (JBCC), and other forms of construction contracts like FIDIC, NEC and GCC. Contractual documentation assures equitable distribution of contractual risk between contractor and client. Giel Cillié is, in addition, a member of The Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and the Association of Arbitrators (AoA)
