The Coaching Centre develops conscious, competent coaches.We offer open programmes for developing coaching competences:Introduction to Coaching, Internal Coac Certificate, Diploma in Practitioner Coaching, Masters (MSc) in Executive Coaching.We collaborate with clients to develop coaching cultures in organisations.We undertake coaching interventions, utilising Associate coaches to coach executives and managers.  We project manage and measure to ensure outcomes are delivered.We undertake the development of coaching skills for leaders and managers though programmes: Leader as Coach, Manager as Coach, Coaching for performance, Manager as Mentor.We develop and implement mentoring programmes.We build the coaching community.
