Speechwise was launched initially as a voice and speech practice but as a result of working with different organisations requests were made to build on to the voice and speech programmes and our public speaking (skilful communications) programme was developed. Call centre and customer service programmes soon followed. Voice skills, skilful communications , customer service and call centre training are the core programmes. The other programmes are still offered but are sourced out to our associates.
