People often ask us where we are based, our reply is 'close enough to service your requirements'. We deliver everywhere - from Stellenbosch to Skukuza, East London to Ermelo, Cape Town to Calvinia, Bloemfontein to Badplaas, Amazimtoti to Arniston, Nelspruit to Newcastle, Durban to De Aar and Sandton to St Lucia, (it spells SECBANDS !), but most of all, we deliver on QUALITY, SERVICE and PRICE. History: Emerging from European origins, in 2006, we started as the preferred supplier of wristbands for accreditation. Evolving into a Proudly South African company, today our expansion has developed into new markets and countries - we now manufacture our lanyards which enables us to supply small quantities from 30+. We also have the fastest laser-engraving machine in South Africa which specialises in metal products like water bottles, thermal mugs, key rings, pens and USBs. Our Beliefs: We believe that merely satisfying our customers is not enough to earn their loyalty; instead they must experience exceptional service worthy of their repeat business and referral. We are proud to announce that our near perfect score of repeat orders from our rapidly expanding customer base shows we are doing something right. Nothing is more humbling than being held in high regard. In our business we seek to have a profound effect on our customers, their clients and indeed our own staff and families; we stick together in tough times and support where we can. While always professional, our staff are fun and friendly which makes every day more enjoyable. Social involvement: We support a variety of campaigns all of which are close to our heart. Our motif is Wristy the Rhino; none of us want to see this majestic beast disappear from our world on our watch. Our involvement includes sponsoring and supporting Stop Rhino Poaching, Saving Private Rhino and crazy sky diving ventures to name but a few. Other campaigns include HIV/AIDS testing, Cancer Awareness, School Development and Brain Tumour Awareness. We were delighted to be nominated as the Primary Sponsor for the Secbands EPA Swim Challenge Series at Jeffrey's Bay as this exposure has put our name in the public eye. Whilst there is much to do and perfect at Secbands, we strive to ensure that 'Customer Service' is not a department but everyone's job.
